STAR TALENT - CHARLESTON, WV - Thank you for the memories! 🥰 For those who don’t know, most of our dancers have officially LEVELED-UP to the Intermediate category at dance competitions. In the dance world, this is a HUGE step, as the Intermediate category is normally one of the most talent-filled divisions and is typically packed with the largest number of routines. One of the proudest moments we’ve had this season is watching our competition team SHINE in these new levels. Last season, after we showed enormous growth, we knew it was time to bump up. 💪 These dancers didn’t shy away from the challenge, and we’re brought to tears so many times throughout each weekend as they display so much growth in their technique, movement quality, and performance energy. 🫶 To those dancers and their families: We know it’s hard. We know that we have to push just a little bit more. We know that these new challenges come with higher expectations. But we also know... ✨ Our dancers are growing. ✨ Our dancers are learning to take on new experiences. ✨ Our dancers EARNED their place here, from the ground up, and with every weekend at competition, we get a new chance to show that we deserve to be here. We wanted to share a quick throwback for you. This isn’t a throwback that showcases all of our awards or boasts about what we’ve already earned. This throwback is to show you how far we’ve come. 👏 We wouldn’t be where we’re at today if we didn’t show up, show out, and sparkle in those early days. From two dances to fifteen, from 5 dancers to 20, from recreational to intermediate, and from shy to confident... Dance Friends - YOU DID THAT! 😍 We did that. Just like our humble beginnings from year one, we are humbled to have started a new chapter this season. Foundations to Discovery to now, this journey has been nothing but AMAZING. But it all started small. Maybe this is your first season competing. Maybe you’re a seasoned performer. We’re all trying something new this year and absolutely succeeding at it. ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. ONE FAMILY. ONE UNIQUE SUCCESS STORY. Isn’t that what it’s all about? 🥹

Earlier this week, we shared the exciting news that Studio 301 is introducing Production Teams, small-cast mini productions designed for dancers who love storytelling, character work, and performing on stage. 🤩 Today, we’re thrilled to reveal the very first two productions coming to life this season… 🐸 The Muppets 📚 Matilda These 10-minute mini-productions will be filled with personality, storytelling, and unforgettable characters. Throughout the season, dancers in our Production Teams will have the chance to bring these shows to life in several special performances, including community appearances and a regional performance showcase. Think of them as mini musicals, where dancers get the opportunity to dive deeper into character, performance, and stage presence. 👏 We can’t wait to see these stories come to life with the creativity and heart our Studio 301 dancers always bring to the stage. ❤️ 🎭 Audition information for the 2026–2027 Production Teams will be released on Sunday! ** Shows may be combined based on number of participants.

Coming into competition weekend like 💚😎 Serving brat summer energy in Charleston, WV starting at 8:30 tomorrow morning!!

One thing we’ve learned from our Story Shows over the years is just how much our dancers love bringing characters and stories to life on stage. 🩷 This season, we’re excited to introduce something new that will continue to bring the same on-stage sparkle as our Story Shows. 👏 Studio 301 Production Teams 🩷 These mini story show productions will give dancers the chance to dive deeper into storytelling, character work, and performance. Each Production Team will rehearse and prepare a 10-minute mini musical production throughout the season. 🚨 Our first production themes will be announced TOMORROW! Production Team dancers will have the exciting opportunity to perform their production in several special settings throughout the year, including: ✨ Community performances ✨ Special events ✨ A regional dance performance showcase These teams are designed for dancers who love performing, storytelling, and being part of something truly special on stage. Although we'll miss our spring Story Show during Season 7, we're excited for the opportunity to see it expand into something even greater!! More details will be released with our 2026–2027 audition information on Sunday.

🥳👏 Seeing Miss Kaylee share her passion and expertise in ballet education is such an honor. 🤩 Congratulations on receiving Teacher of the Month! Miss Kaylee teaches Ages 6-7 ballet on Mondays and is our head substitute for our Imagination Movers program. Her teaching philosophy includes making sure her dancers are having fun, encouraging new friendships, and working to achieve new goals. Congrats, Miss Kaylee!! 🎉

For years, Nutcracker Dreams has been one of the most magical parts of our season. This year, we’re excited to expand the story into something even bigger. 🎄 Introducing… ✨ Clara’s Christmas Spectacular ✨ This new version keeps the beloved Nutcracker magic you know and love while expanding the story to feel more like one of our signature Story Show productions. Inspired by the excitement and joyful feedback of our Jingle Jettes and Happy Holidays Pre-Show, this new production will feature: 🎄 Classic Nutcracker moments 🎶 New musical theater favorites ✨ Radio City-style holiday excitement 💃 Stunning group numbers And the best part?
