Our Contemporary + Modern combination classes will incorporate many of the foundations of modern dance technique while exploring new forms of movement in unorthodox ways. Often compared to lyrical dance, Contemporary + Modern offers a completely different outlook on movement, focusing on the experimentation of movement, technique created by Graham and Horton, nontraditional shapes and forms, and conceptual choreography.
